SHIPPING POLICY

USPS


Claudia Triana utilizes USPS for all shipments within the United States. 

Orders are fulfilled within one to two business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to be updated once received. If you have any questions email us at info@claudiatriana.com.

Claudia Triana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Customer pays for shipping both ways if item needs to be exchanged.

If your package returns back as undeliverable we will contact you to let you know as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will have to pay for shipping to re attempt delivery. We cannot cancel the order, nor ship it back on our cost. An undeliverable package due to incorrect address or being left unclaimed at the post office is not our wrong doing.

Please check the status of your order once it is in transit to you, this way you are aware of its whereabouts and not have to pay extra shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Claudia Triana on shipments outside of the United States waives all liability for any foreign duties or taxes incurred. Such costs and expenses shall be borne exclusively by the buyer. Rates and carrier will be provided upon destination.
