RETURN POLICY

Unused merchandise in its original condition can be returned within 15 days of shipment for an exchange, or a full refund less the original shipping cost.

All merchandise will be accepted as returns for size exchange only, considering that the following criteria are met:

• All items must be returned within (15) days of original purchase
• All items must be in original and/or unworn condition
• All items must be in their original packaging, including shoe bag and box
• The original sale receipt must be included
• Please try on all shoes on a clean surface or carpeted area. We do not accept returns of shoes with scuffed, marked, or worn soles.
• International Orders (outside U.S.) are not eligible for returns

Please note if any of these criteria are not met, a return will be rejected and items will be returned to the shipping address on the original sales receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No cash or credit refunds. If the requested exchange size is not available, an exchange for a different style at the same price in the requested size will be offered.

All items marked as "Sale" are final, no refunds accepted.

We guarantee the workmanship of our products against manufacturer defects for 60 days.
